Refund policy
We really hope that you love your Porta Fox products, however if you receive your order and find something is not quite right then you have the right to return it within 30 days of receiving it and we will do our very best to fix the problem ASAP or provide a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
If you are purchasing a blackout blind, it is your responsibility to measure your window and check that it's suitable before you purchase. We will not provide refunds if you have measured your window incorrectly or changed your mind after opening the product's packaging.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send it. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please ensure you enter your address correctly. We take no responsibility for "returns to sender" for non-collection or incorrect address. Cost of re-sending will be the customers responsibility.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can look into it and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@portafox.com.
