Incredible that it blocks out 100% of light! My toddler now sleeps IN!! What a dream!
The quality of the material is amazing, it’s light and keeps the heat out of baby’s room really well, but the size of the blind is such a shame! My window is 150x180cm and the cut to size blind is 145x300cm, so I was literally short 5cm and had to try and make do with some duct tape and much more cutting and patching than I would have liked.. I wish they came in 200x200cm size as well for more square shaped windows, would definitely be a hit seller if they did!

If your window is wider than a single blind, the easiest solution is to use two blinds side-by-side for full coverage - and we do offer a bundle discount to make this more affordable.

We chose the portable blackout blinds so they’d be easy to move between rooms and take with us on holidays. They definitely do the job and significantly darken the room. However, because they attach to the window with suction cups, they can’t sit flush against the edges, which means a small amount of light still comes through at the top and sides. They work well overall, but I think the cut-to-size version would provide a more complete blackout.
Hopefully one day you will have more bigger blinds. High recommended!!!
I just installed these in my baby's room, with plantation shutters. It was really easy to measure up and install. The room is completely pitch black now! I also find it quite easy to fold back to let light back into the room.
Nice large size for big windows and genuinely blocks out most of the light. Easy enough to cut while baby is napping and install with a toddler running around behind you.

My husband put the blind up in the bedroom yesterday and I got an extra hour sleep and a shower while my newborn slept in this morning. This product has changed my life! Thank you sincerely from a tired first time mum.
This block out blind has not only blocked out the light but also the heat from my newborns room. It was easy to install and use.

The blinds are lightweight and perfect for our large window. They were easy to cut and to set up. They keep out the sun really well, especially in the afternoon as our baby’s room faces full west.
I purchased the blackout blinds for my toddler’s bedroom and the quality of the product exceeded expectations. It also included everything i needed including a measuring tape. Highly recommend!
I was sceptical how effective it would be ! As my daughters nursery had two large windows, but I was pleasantly surprised ! The room was instantly darkened and we even noticed it stayed cooler throughout the day. The installation was super easy and we will be able to take them with us when we stay elsewhere for Christmas ! 10/10 recommend

I recently tried the Porta Fox Blackout Blinds and I’m genuinely impressed. As someone who works with a lot of home-and-lifestyle products, I’ve seen my fair share of “blackout” options but these actually deliver!!
The first thing I noticed was how quick the setup was. The blinds are lightweight yet feel really well-made and within minutes my toddlers room went from bright daylight to movie-theatre dark! Honestly these blinds are perfect little ones needing extra support to stay asleep!
I am extremely disappointed. The pattern is beautiful but after the first day of use, the Velcro tabs are already coming off and there is still a significant amount of light coming into the room through the edges despite it being over the window entirely. The fabric has also already started to fray. For the price of the product, it really isn’t worth it.

From the picture, it looks like there’s still a small gap between the blind and the frame, which is likely where the light is sneaking in. The fabric itself is 100% blackout, but the fit does come down to how it’s cut and installed. We recommend leaving a few extra centimetres around the edges so the blind overlaps the frame and blocks out those little gaps.
That said, you mentioned the Velcro hasn’t been sticking well. As a goodwill gesture, we’d be really happy to send you a full roll of Velcro tape. You can run this all the way around the edge of the blind so it seals securely against the frame and stops any light coming through.

The blackout blinds have the most cutest designs, that not only blacked out my bubs room but looked stylish at the same time. It was so simple to measure and put up the blinds, and I was able to chuck the curtains out straight away.
